• Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam 2022 has been launched by the Chief Minister of Haryana, Mr. Manohar Lal Khattar.
• All appointments through this scheme will be done online by the government, which was earlier done under outsourcing policies.
• The portal will also be launched by the government on 1 November 2021 for the operation of the Haryana Skill Employment Corporation.
• Through this portal, youth will be able to apply online for the posts.
• All the benefits like EPF, ESI, etc facilities will also be provided to all the citizens hired through this system.
• This process will not only prevent the Exploitation of employees working on a contract basis but will also play a very important role in ensuring transparency and adequate employment opportunities for deserving candidates.
• Now under this new system, the contractual appointments will be done on the basis of merit, due to which a transparent system will be ensured.
• All outsourcing employees will be able to be appointed through this portal.
